Very friendly staff and were kind enough we reached at 8am but the staff and manager were kind enough to give early check in with an upgrade from the already booked room, the food service and buffet were also good, rooms are also well maintained and clean

Pros This property is bank on lake Pichola with all having the lake view cottages It has a swimming pool which is open always Lot of green grass developed Value for money stay at this location Cons The approach road is only by an auto Food was good within the property with attached restaurant with limited choice

Very good hotel . Food quality and dishes needs to be improved . Approach road there is issue which needs to improve . As of now auto instead of our own vehicle . Otherwise it’s excellent. Very nice people

The huts are very well maintained and they will try their best and fulfill any special requests that you have like candle light dinner or if you want something from outside the property also. Very helpful and hospitable staff. The view is perfect as it's right on the lake.
